As part of SAATHII's work around ensuring access to healthcare and justice for communities marginalised on account of HIV status, gender, and/or sexuality, we provide training and orientation to communities and other stakeholders from public and private sector, include healthcare establishments, educational institutions, employers on some of these Acts, Supreme Court verdicts and policies. Projects focused on access to justice have been, or are being, implemented in West Bengal, Odisha, Manipur, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Rajasthan.
