One of the priorities of the Mainstreaming Initiative is to help mainstream HIV/AIDS issues into the work plans of the Ministries and state/district departments of Urban Development, Rural Development, Tourism, Railways, Tribal Affairs and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI).
