HIV Bill Memorandum

The HIV Bill is one of the first to be drafted through civil society consultation, involving not just PLHIV and affected and vulnerable populations, but also a wide range of stakeholders like women's rights organisations, child rights organisations, healthcare providers and legal experts. But for some reason unknown to activists and civil society organisations, this Bill has NOT been presented in the Parliament for more than eight years - wasting all the effort that has gone into framing it and endangering lives in the process. It is time that the government is pressurised to table this. Use this memo to get your voice heard and your support counted.[Download]
