The Bhubaneswar Field Office of SAATHII was started in February 2007. After brief periods of location in the Chandrasekhapur and Jaydev Vihar areas of the city, the office shifted to its current location in August 2008.

This office acts as an extension centre for programs managed by the Calcutta and Hyderabad Offices of SAATHII. Its current focus is on scaling up civil society and government information dissemination, networking, advocacy and training programs on gender, sexuality, sexual and reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS care, support and treatment in Orissa.
